I live in Wenatchee and whenever I had to go in (I've had my braces off for two years now.) They would always do everything they could to make everything as comfortable for me as they could, they would always double(sometimes even triple!!) check my wires to make sure nothing was poking, so I didn't have to be uncomfortable until my next appointment or go to an Orthodontist in Wenatchee and have to pay just to get a simple wire clipped. I am very happy with the way my teeth have turned out, and the great service I got every time I went in (:
